ARS was has been active in the Hong Kong Market over 10 years specializing in provision of telecom engineering services construction of cellular sites for mobile network; E&M installation works and structured cabling works for IDC and switching centers.
We have skilled engineers, technicians and labors who can master different types of installation works inclusive of T&C, such as, 3G and LTE system installation works, electrical works for IDC including supply and fix Genset, LV Switchboard, UPS, PDU, structured cabling works, IT cabinets/racks, IT equipment stacking and racking; installation works for BMS system, BS control system and security system for data centers, etc.
Our core customers are: Mobile phone operators, Telco carriers, equipment vendors and IDC owners. In past years’ projects, we had built many cellular sites, IDCs & colocation rooms; E&M installation works, supply of equipments and project management.
Recently, we have contracted numerous MTR and XRL projects, mainly providing electrical and IT installation works.
We also work together with equipment and materials suppliers to provide quality and competitive products to our customers in their projects.

Our managing director –Stewart Wong who overviews all projects has his very own theory “Failure is not an option”, hence, all project teams are running their projects with such aim.

• Deploy strong and experienced team members with good working experience to save the ‘learning’ time.
• Extremely Fast Track Program – utilizing day and night shifts to extend our working hours, thus shorten the project duration. 7-days work will be implemented if so required.
• Extensive co-ordination with consultant, client’s representative, BMO, other trades and equipment vendors to achieve “No misunderstand at all stages” and “Do the thing right at the first time”.
• High design standard supplemented with high quality equipment and materials.
• Performance – Self check complemented by periodical check to ensure good workmanship throughout the whole project.
• SHE – Trainings and talks to convey the importance of SHE to workers at all levels ensuring everyone understood and straightly follow our laid down precautions and procedures. Constant checks to make sure safety, health and environment matters are being carried out in strict accordance with our requirements and local regulations.
